Terri Patraw: False Evidence In A Lawsuit
Illegal tactics in a lawsuit include placing false evidence on your opponent. Those who have never been involved in a lawsuit do not understand that one side may lie and play dirty in an attempt to hide the truth. A smear campaign is the only defense to a defenseless case. Some parties in a lawsuit may pay bloggers to smear the opponent.
The truth will play out and I will be vindicated. As my very dear friend said to me today...everything you told me that was going to happen has. The Athletic Department is under investigation by the NCAA; The golf coach's cheating was exposed and he finally left the University; The Hearing Officer was suspended for the corrupt hearing; and Athletic Department personnel were caught tampering with witnessess and committing shameful perjury. By the end of the summer I expect further substantial developments.
Growing up, we are always told to tell the truth. Those who failed to learn from this advice will have to pay a steep price. If you believe in truth and integrity you will enjoy the fruits of this journey.
