Patraw took the matter up [with] the Supreme Court that you could not be fair, that I was a liar and a thief and this, that and the other thing, and that the evidence presented . . . was fabricated and lies.

Well, just to be clear, she actually proved all this to the courts. . . with hard, factual evidence.

Robison then conceded to it after the evidence left him more than a tad bit exposed. 

Thief is his word, not ours.  However, we are sure he is referring to his fraudulent billing records on his state contract in the case.  

We presented evidence of his false billings at the evidentiary hearing on public corruption by UNR officials.
