Dr. Perry, Oversees NCAA Compliance, Lied To The NCAA

A few months back I was reviewing documents when I ran across an email from Dr. Jean Perry, UNR's Special Assistant to the President for Athletics Academics & Compliance, to several employees at the NCAA.

The email was about me and my knowledge of the NCAA investigation . . . and guess what?

Yep . . . Dr. Perry, who oversees NCAA compliance at UNR, lied to the NCAA.

In response to this discovery, I sent an email to the individuals at the NCAA to inform them that Perry lied to them about me.  I also provided proof.  Unlike Dr. Perry, I was gracious enough to copy her on the email.

I am still waiting for an apology from Dr. Perry . . .

So the person responsible for NCAA compliance at UNR, Dr. Perry, lies to the NCAA, defames others, gets caught, and refuses to apologize.

And then in the next breath she tells administrators, coaches, and student-athletes to abide by NCAA rules???  You know the rules that promote honesty, ethics, and integrity.  Oh the hypocrisy!

Dr. Perry has also been implicated in the grand jury investigation of public corruption at UNR.  I have evidence that Dr. Perry was involved with Athletic Director Cary Groth and recent Executive Associate Athletic Director Cindy Fox in falsifying documents in my case.

The purpose of these fraudulent documents?  To cover up NCAA violations at UNR!

So what did Dr. Perry do in response to my exposure of her lies and falsification of documents? She appeared at the
The Dog And Pony Show  ... lied under oath ... and falsified another document.

What amazes me is not that Dr. Perry joined the retaliation team after I exposed her lies and fraudulent conduct, but that she lied about me again when I have the ability to prove it . . . yet again.
