UNR Lawyers And Graeme Abel Had Something To Hide
We wanted to secure documents that we knew UNR General Counsel Mary Dugan and her subordinates would conceal, destroy, or alter if we requested them from UNR. That is their modus operandi.
We also knew that another institution would have these documents ... so we contacted them instead.
These documents pertained directly to the criminal activity that former assistant soccer coach, Graeme Abel, has been partaking in with the UNR administration. His motive . . . more on that at another time.
Somehow along the way Dugan got wind of our request. So Dugan went behind our back and sent a letter to this other institution asserting attorney-client privilege over some of the documents we had requested.
Clearly Dugan and Abel had something to hide. Dugan tried to claim that the UNR lawyers represented Abel so therefore communications between them should be confidential. That is absurd!

Not to mention an outright lie by Dugan to another institution's legal counsel.
The other university graciously alerted us to Dugan's little scheme. They also notified Dugan that her request for attorney-client privilege was being denied and the documents would be sent to us.
We received the documents and it is safe to say that Dugan, Abel, and the rest of the retaliation team clearly had some things to hide.
These people are shameless...
