More Astounding Behavior By The Retaliation Team
"The documents" revealed more astounding behavior by the UNR retaliation team.
You know, the documents that General Counsel Mary Dugan lied to another institution’s legal counsel about, falsely asserting attorney-client privilege where none existed, in a failed attempt to keep them from me.
We learned that Graeme Abel and UNR's private lawyer, Kent Robison, had a phone conversation to "prepare" Abel for his false testimony under oath at "The Dog And Pony Show". Perjury is a felony by the way.
One topic that Robison coached Abel to testify about was an alleged email from a student-athlete to Abel.
The disturbing thing is ... Robison had already conceded to the Supreme Court that this email is a fraud.
The district judge also has proof (from the student-athlete) that the email was not legitimate.
So do you think Robison informed Abel of this information? Did Robison "use" Abel to save himself, while making a mockery out of his own corrupt witness?
Abel knows how the email was manufactured . . . a coach screaming at an 18 year-old in his office (just 3 weeks after she arrives on campus) for no legitimate reason, is bound to intimidate the student into "false compliance" ... Abel gets no pass, regardless of Robison's conduct.
We could not help but notice, though, that the retaliators cannot even trust each other.
