A Dramatic Miscalculation That Recoiled On The Retaliators
As noted in recent posts below and in previous posts on blog #2, UNR lawyers and their accomplices went to unlawful lengths to conduct their "Dog And Pony Show".
So what happened as a result of "The Dog And Pony Show"?
Well...the judge knew the desperate retaliators' testimony was irrelevant and of no redeeming value; and he knew their testimony contained perjury and falsified evidence.
So the judge completely disregarded their testimony. Yes, he threw every last word they said in the trash. He really had no choice because their testimony was that absurd.
Next, we brought all of the fraud committed by the retaliators in this criminal skit to higher authorities. Of course, we notified the UNR lawyers and the judge of this process.
Within a week of this notification, the judge withdrew an order he had issued back in August of 2009.
That order was a fraud and everyone involved knew it. However, now the judge owned up to his misconduct and withdrew it.
So "The Dog And Pony Show" was a dramatic miscalculation that recoiled on its makers.
