Graeme Abel's Motivation To Retaliate?

What was Graeme Abel's motivation to falsify evidence and participate in "The Dog And Pony Show"?

In November, Graeme informed Athletic Director Cary Groth that he was seeking re-employment at UNR.

Shortly thereafter, the UNR administration contacted Graeme to participate in "The Dog And Pony Show".

The UNR administration knew Graeme could not say "no" if he wanted a job at UNR ... right?  He was the perfect pawn for their little criminal skit.

UNR administrators "used" Graeme, and then, true to their character, did not offer him a job.

This same M.O. was used with assistant coach, Antoinette Marjanovic.  She applied for the
head coaching job at UNR in 2007.

Shortly thereafter, the administration recommended that she falsify evidence knowing she could not say "no" if she wanted the job.   Marjanovic was another perfect pawn.

Once again, UNR administrators "used" Marjanovic and then proceeded to hire someone else.

This is similar to how UNR lawyers "used" Cindy Fox.

The lawyers disclosed very personal information  about Fox to complete strangers right after she participated in their embarrassing little skit.
