Cary Groth Puts Nevada Athletics In Financial Peril
According to the RGJ, Nevada Athletics is facing a deficit for the first time in school history. This is another badge of honor for Athletic Director Cary Groth.
Depending who you believe (President Glick or the Board of Regents) the deficit ranges from $1 to $2 million.
In response, Groth is urging the community to donate money before the fiscal year ends on June 30, 2010.
We cannot help but wonder if Groth is telling donors how UNR spends their money.
Does Groth tell them that their donations may be used to assist in covering up her criminal leadership?
Does Groth tell them that their generosity may be used to fly Cindy Fox across country to commit perjury and falsify evidence?
Does she tell them it may be used to hire her girlfriend and her cronies over more qualified applicants?
Any misrepresentation or deception in her sales pitch to donors would fall under criminal fraud.
