That Darn Facebook!
As noted below in "Judge Flanagan Is Finally Out", we revealed that our discovery of information that Judge Flanagan's wife had made available on Facebook seemed to be particularly embarrassing to the "judge".
The information confirmed Judge Flanagan's relationship with UNR General Counsel Mary Dugan; a relationship that the "judge" had concealed in violation of the judicial canons.
You may find it interesting to know that hours after we presented this Facebook evidence in court, Judge Flanagan's wife removed her entire profile from Facebook!
Of course, we alerted the presiding judge on the motion to disqualify Judge Flanagan of this guilty and transparent act.
To add to this bad comedy act, we noticed that Mary Dugan's husband, Dan, appears to have deleted his profile from Facebook too. Dan Dugan's Facebook profile was part of the evidence presented in court.
Transparent and corrupt, yes . . . smart? not so much.
