UNR Legal Team Not Up To Snuff?

Another interesting tidbit from the hearing on the motion to disqualify Judge Flanagan...

Attorney Kent Robison was not the attorney of record on this particular issue.

However, he associated into the matter a few days before the hearing . . . to try to save the day.

His appearance was predictable because he treats his colleagues on the UNR legal team as though they are not up to snuff.

Of course we told the presiding judge that Robison's presence should demonstrate just how desperately important it is for UNR to keep their pal "Judge" Flanagan on this case.

Robison even told the presiding judge that he was "volunteering" his time on this matter.

Robison did that because he knows we have proof of him embezzling taxpayers dollars (with fraudulent billing to the state under UNR contracts).  Yes, you are paying for Robison's fraudulent conduct.

Well, as you know, Robison's efforts failed.  Judge Flanagan was removed.

And, even more amusing is the fact that Robison's cross-examination of the "judge" provided some tremendous evidence of the "judge's" bias and misconduct.  Oops!
