The latest blog, "More Stalking Behavior By AD Cary Groth," made the hair on the back of my neck stand up!

Whoever this person was who called to let you know that Cary Groth was contacting the RGJ 15 minutes after you left, provided you with very important vital information as to how Milton Glick, Cary Groth, and their cronies operate.  

No other term I can see, other than stalking.

The person who did not know you that well, met you only one time, to let you know about Cary Groth was also letting you know that they did not think much of Cary Groth. 

They were warning you about her - to pay attention and take heed to the ways they retaliate.
