"I Don't Think You're Supposed To Do That"

This message was received in response to the post directly below:

Cary Groth was suggesting that she was an attorney by including the "attorney client priv" statement in her email.

Did she do that more than once?

Did she do it with the knowledge and consent of UNR's legal counsel??

THAT's a biggie. A BIG biggie.

Don't know what the other relevant statutes in NV are, but holding oneself out as an attorney, while working for the State of Nevada??

I don't think you're supposed to do that.

It seemed to be frowned upon in the Lerner case
, and that was a private practice.

Jean Perry did it too?

Do we have a pattern of coincidence here, or are they acting on advice of counsel??

One would be inclined to suspect the latter, in view of Mary Dugan's attempt to invoke attorney-client herself.
