So my question is, why is it ok for Cary Groth to hire her girlfriend?

We all know that Laura Scott is Groth's girlfriend, lives with her, and works in Groth's department.

Can you explain that one Mr. Johnson?  I refuse to call you President Johnson as you haven't earned it or been named the permanent President yet.

You are still just a "fill-in" and hopefully, that's all you'll be, unless you prove yourself worthy of cleaning out Glick's morally bankrupt management team.
