What Did He Possibly Think He Could Hide From NCAA?

I just read the power point presentation that [UNR President] Marc Johnson was to give before the Board of Regents. See post directly below

By now it is a done deal, but I wonder if he read your blog and reconsidered how absurd it sounded, because he made it sound he intends to go silent or hide information that most of us are already aware of, and the NCAA is already aware of.

Marc Johnson didn't encourage the perception in the powerpoint that he was going to comply with the NCAA's requests for information, and that he would withhold information or lie if he had to.  

What did he possibly think he could hide from the NCAA or the general public at this juncture - since your website, letters, and the upcoming grand jury hearing and court transcripts have all been published on your web page and have left no details escaping the lenses?    

Does Marc Johnson think that the power point presentation shows that as even an interim college president, he is ethical, inscrutable, on the ball.  Is he even sound of mind?
